Description |
Since its foundation in 1826 UCL has been closely identified with the Bloomsbury area of London. These links and the remarkable concentration of reforming institutions and individuals which occupied the area in the 19th Century are being investigated by the Bloomsbury Project led by Rosemary Ashton, Quain Professor of English Language and Literature at UCL and Principal Investigator of the Project. This exhibition of materials from UCL’s Special Collections, with additional material from UCL’s Art Collections, seeks to highlight the work of the Project and display some of the rich source material held by UCL Libraries. |
